The Care Quality Forum is a showcase for all our services, and provides an opportunity for users and carers to give us feedback on service quality, as well as to understand the breadth of what New Directions offers and our plans for the future.
The fifth Care Quality Forum took place at the Park Hotel in Netherton on 13 July 2016. Over 60 service users and carers joined New Directions staff and managers to review service user and carer involvement in service delivery and development. Download the report by clicking on the link below.
The sixth Care Quality Forum took place at the Family Life Centre, Ash Street Southport on 25 November 2016. A ‘drop in’ event to showcase all New Directions Services. Download the report from this event by clicking the link below.
The seventh Care Quality Forum took place at Sing Plus in Seaforth on 25 April 2017. Following a similar, informal format as that of the CQF held in November 2017 people attending enjoyed the day and commented as to how professional stalls and presentations were.
