Statistics show that young people with experience in the care system can be disadvantaged in the job market. Still, we are determined to play our part in our local community and give our young people all the tools they need to succeed in whatever they choose to do.
Mark Fox, Managing Director, attended the event, saying, “New Directions is proud to be supporting young people to gain valuable experience in the Adult Social Care Sector. We want to provide the skills and knowledge to lead future generations into the workplace and be a part of a company whose values demonstrate the essentials of caring and compassion.”
Working with us gives young people a fantastic opportunity to gain skills and experience to kickstart their future careers, and we, as a business, feel the benefit of working alongside some incredible young people with bags of potential.
