- Existing data
- Wish list around what areas of research and evaluation
Why is New Directions involved?
Over the next 12–24 months, our aim is to further embed digital transformation across relevant parts of the company. To do this, we need to understand the available technology and identify where it can enhance the care environment, systems, and processes to be more responsive and person-centred.
Who is involved?
This new project involves North Hub Living Well Day Service, Reablement, and Shared Lives, who will share with colleagues from the NCF and Liverpool University how we currently use technology, the challenges we face, and discuss with experts the opportunities to utilise technology.
How do we benefit?
Our input will help enhance digital capacity and care delivery across the sector. Additionally, New Directions will receive a customised report highlighting key themes and opportunities.
