Our staff work closely with our residents to develop their knowledge and understanding of their rights as individuals, highlighting key community values of respect, choice, dignity, privacy and
stability.
Members of our Supported Living team are on hand to provide support with relationships, nurture opportunities to develop new skills and advise people on their finances, all of which enables tenants to live as independently as possible on an ongoing basis
The successful candidate will participate, on a rota basis, in the day to day running of the Supported Living Scheme, based at Wavell Close.

The successful candidate will contribute to meeting the assessed care needs of the people we support in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence, demonstrating a sensitive, understanding, and patient approach.
RESIDENTIAL MENTAL HEALTH WORKER
Woodlands, Bootle
36 hours per week
£26,594 – £29,740 per annum
Plus 33% night allowance
The post-holder will participate with other members of the team, under the direction of the Service Manager in the creation of an environment to ensure the service user’s needs for development, care, personal independence, privacy and rehabilitation are recognised and developed to their full potential.
General Domestic Assistant
Woodlands, Bootle
19.5 hours per week
£12.24 per hour
The post holder will carry out a range of domestic duties to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and ensure a pleasant, safe and clean environment is maintained at all times. You will also assist in the kitchen, including serving meals and refreshments.
