Sefton’s leading care provider, New Directions, is now recruiting for a new staff member to join the team in Waterloo Park. We currently employ around 350 staff across the business who pride themselves on delivering high quality social care and support to vulnerable groups within the Sefton area.
Waterloo Park provides day support for people who have a range of needs due to age, including those with the early stages of dementia.
The successful candidate will provide a programme of personal and social care, according to a Care Plan, specific to each individual service user. Care duties will include personal care, dietary care and a range of community based daily living tasks and therapeutic activities.
A Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent is also desirable.
An Enhanced DBS check is required.
