We are so very proud of Neil Willis, Registered Manager and all the team at James Dixon Court who achieved a ‘Good’ CQC rating following their inspection in October/November 2025.
The CQC said that some people they spoke with told them they were satisfied with the care and support they received. One resident commented, “Staff are like friends; it’s a very friendly place, and I am very content there.” Residents and their relatives consistently spoke highly of the staff team, describing them as kind and caring.
Residents also told CQC that staff responded promptly to their needs and were always helpful, respecting their dignity. Residents reported the food was of good quality and they could request an alternative if they wished.
Overall, feedback indicated residents felt safe, well cared for, and supported by a responsive and respectful staff team, with strong involvement from relatives and effective management oversight.
