We are proud to be a signatory of Sefton Council’s Caring Business Charter, offering workplace opportunities across our business to care experienced young people.

Statistics show that young people with experience of the care system can be disadvantaged in the jobs market, but we are determined to play our part in our local community and give our young people all the tools they need to be a success in whatever they choose to do.

Mark Fox Managing Director attended the event saying “New Directions is proud to be supporting young people to gain valuable experience in the Adult Social Care Sector. We want to provide the skills and knowledge to lead future generations into the workplace and be a part of a company whose values demonstrate the essentials of caring and compassion.”

Working with us gives young people an amazing opportunity to gain skills and experience to kickstart their future careers and we as a business feel the benefit of working alongside some fantastic young people with bags of potential.
