Statistics show that young people with experience of the care system can be disadvantaged in the jobs market, but we are determined to play our part in our local community and give our young people all the tools they need to be a success in whatever they choose to do.

We want to provide the skills and knowledge to lead future generations into the workplace and be a part of a company whose values demonstrate the essentials of caring and compassion.”
